About the JobThe Marketing Coordinator is a strategic role that will support the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and campaigns, driving engagement across multiple channels, and ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Franchisee Marketing Support: Serve as a point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on local area marketing.
- Marketing Material Management: Assist in the creation, distribution, and maintenance of marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to franchisees.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and webinars for franchisees on marketing tools, resources, and best practices.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels to engage and inform franchisees.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors and agencies to support franchisee marketing efforts, including printing, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of marketing or relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter/resourceful.
- Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with franchise support is a plus.
- Experience with Canva and content creation is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $55,000-$60,000. Actual base pay will be determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education, and work location. At Home Franchise Concepts, we offer an extremely competitive benefits package tailored to your needs and those of your family, including an annual discretionary bonus and participation in our robust retirement plans, including 401k.
