Role Summary:
As a Marketing & Brand Specialist, you will be integral to the execution of the company's marketing initiatives. Your contributions will focus on the development and implementation of strategies designed to enhance product visibility, strengthen brand recognition, and support financial representatives in their marketing efforts.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a creative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development:
- Assist in crafting and launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaign logistics.
Content Development:
- Aid in producing engaging content for various platforms, such as social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Social Media Oversight:
- Manage and refresh social media accounts, including scheduling content, monitoring interactions, and addressing inquiries.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive brand voice and image across all digital platforms.
- Highlight the firm's values, achievements, and services through strategic social media campaigns.
Support for Financial Representatives:
- Work with financial representatives to identify their marketing needs and gather insights for targeted campaigns.
- Provide marketing resources and guidance to ensure brand consistency.
Collaboration:
- Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing strategies and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.Administrative Duties:
- Execute essential office administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing coordination, particularly in social media management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and marketing design tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Comfortable in innovative and dynamic environments.
- Previous marketing experience is preferred.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position will range from $50,000 to $55,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
