About the Role

iHeartMedia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Outside Account Executive to join our team in the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Petersburg, FL market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed established sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Immerse Yourself in iHeartMedia's Products: Learn and stay up-to-date on iHeartMedia's broadcast and digital marketing products to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Meet with Clients in Person: Build trust and rapport with clients through in-person meetings to understand their evolving needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Utilize Salesforce to manage a pipeline of sales prospects and identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Internal Partners: Work closely with internal partners to drive revenue growth and meet established sales targets.
  • Create Effective Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the iHeartMedia brand and resources.
  • Deliver Compelling Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain Productive Client Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to resolve issues and drive client satisfaction.
  • Monitor Competition: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate Rates and Ensure Prompt Payments: Negotiate rates and ensure timely payment from clients.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Both English and Spanish: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Desire to Learn and Grow: A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Independent and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and self-motivated with a competitive and assertive personality.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

  • Strong Client Service Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Stress Tolerance: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and financial pressures.
  • Digital/Media Sales Experience: Prior experience in digital or media sales is a plus.
  • Salesforce Experience: Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License: Ability to drive a company vehicle with a valid driver's license and state-mandated auto insurance.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Social Networking Platforms Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms.
