Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business relationships with retailers, home construction companies, and property management firms in the Southeast Florida territory. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of business relationships with existing and new customers, including retailers, home construction companies, and property management firms.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and territory budgets.
  • Manage critical customer relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Communicate and implement UCX pricing strategies and product lines.
  • Develop and manage credit relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution, to resolve customer-related issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Preferred experience in the flooring industry, construction and building supplies, home furnishings, and/or beverage distribution.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred.
  • Superior customer service and relationship skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations within the designated sales territory.
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble marketing/product displays and change out periodically with new marketing tools, samples, and products.
  • Documented experience using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
