Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

XOi Technologies is a leading provider of technician enablement solutions, connecting people and equipment to drive quality outcomes.

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help us grow our customer base in the Enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales quota
  • Prospect into assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities
  • Gain access and build relationships with key executives, C-level leaders, and decision-makers
  • Initiate and manage sophisticated sales cycles, leveraging internal resources
  • Develop a robust qualified pipeline and forecast sales
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end, developing sales strategy, negotiating, and closing business
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of software and applications sales experience
  • Experience selling software solutions into Enterprise/Strategic prospects and customers in vertical SaaS with a complex technical product
  • Experience in direct sales, with a plus for partner/channel experience
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
  • Track record of over-achievement of quota and revenue goals in the Enterprise space
  • Proven ability to leverage and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and teams throughout the sales process
  • Proven ability to manage complex commercial processes
