We are a leading provider of innovative solar solutions, seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Solar Sales Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Drive Sales Performance
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategy.
    • Provide input and feedback to cross-functional teams to ensure sales needs are met.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in CRM software, Google Suites, and Excel/Sheets.
