Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead and enhance the maintenance operations within our production facility.

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in manufacturing, a demonstrated history in maintenance leadership, and a dedication to safety, efficiency, and ongoing improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
Direct and nurture a team of maintenance professionals, delegating tasks, offering training, and ensuring peak performance.

Preventive Maintenance:
Formulate and execute a thorough preventive maintenance strategy to reduce equipment downtime and prolong asset lifespan.

Reactive Maintenance:
Swiftly address equipment failures, diagnose problems, and coordinate repairs to restore operations effectively.

Equipment Performance:
Discover opportunities to enhance equipment functionality, dependability, and efficiency through modifications or upgrades.

Inventory Control:
Ensure sufficient levels of spare parts and maintenance materials to support operational needs.

Budget Oversight:
Create and oversee the maintenance budget, managing expenses while ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Safety Standards:
Uphold safety protocols and regulations, conduct regular safety assessments, and foster a secure work environment.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate maintenance efficiency and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Continuous Improvement:
Propel initiatives to refine maintenance processes, lower costs, and boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Collaboration:
Partner closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to align with operational objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Facilities Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing setting.
Strong technical expertise in manufacturing machinery and systems.
Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS).
Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Six Sigma certification or training.
Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is a plus.
