A prominent healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and enhance the functionality of its facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and improvements to building infrastructure utilizing skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Design, implement, and maintain both new and existing structural features.
  • Ensure a secure environment for all stakeholders through regular inspections of facilities and grounds.
  • Deliver maintenance and cleaning services to various locations as needed.
  • Manage weather-related maintenance tasks for facility exteriors and associated locations.

Qualifications:

  • Physical capability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods; ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with operating and maintaining various power tools and equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
