Your Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking and prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to build lasting client partnerships.
  • Thoroughly understand client needs and deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
  • Secure new business opportunities and ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to manage client deliverables and projects.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements that benefit both PRISM and our clients.

What We Look For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4+ years of proven sales experience within the IT staffing industry or related sector.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a competitive drive.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
