We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team at Kaizen Approach. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our various organizations.

Your duties will include record keeping, test administration, ad hoc research, data entry of quality control metrics, scheduling applicants, verifying test scores, monitoring test labs, processing travel orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist applicants with scheduling appointments for the recruitment process
  • Schedule, register, and verify test scores for test proctor and validation services
  • Respond to general inquiries from applicants and navigate the applicant shared service recruitment tool
  • Greet and check in applicants for pre-selection appointments and prepare document packages for newly hired personnel
  • Assist employees with preparing for deployments, developing strategies, and reporting quality control metrics
  • Train incoming Business Support Specialists

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required
  • Three years of experience performing general office work with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, OneNote, web browsers, and database entry
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft programs
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completed a minimum of 20 CPE credits of JTR related training in the last five years
  • Ability to prepare official travel orders with knowledge of Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and reimbursement packages for relocation
