Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to lawyers and other timekeepers, including calendar management, email management, and document preparation.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and other business materials.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficient in document management systems, including NetDocument.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
