About the Role

The Americas PA & Document Services (APADS) team is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced level administrative support to our lawyers and other timekeepers, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and other timekeepers, including calendar management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and other business materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in document management systems, including NetDocument.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
