Call Center Representative - South Burlington, VT
Vermont Federal Credit Union is recruiting for a Call Center Representative out of our South Burlington Operations Center.
Job Description:
- Provide professional and quality telephone service to members and nonmembers.
- Resolving member inquiries and concerns.
- Maintains member account information to ensure records are accurate.
- Maintain a professional, courteous and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers.
- Process transactions as directed by identified members.
- Recommend products and services to members that enhance their financial life.
- Respond knowledgably to various inquiries by non-members.
- Guide, support and educate members on usage of digital capabilities.
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required.
- Dedication to teamwork and building a strong relationship with co-workers.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the Credit Union's Service Promises is required.
