Capital One is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Business Cards & Payments team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with small and mid-sized business owners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative solutions to help businesses optimize their payment processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the small and mid-sized business community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships
  • Strong understanding of payment processing and business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
