We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Beacon Hill. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Microsoft Excel, including tracking and updating client information.
  • Client Services: Process new client applications, monitor department compliance, and assist with problem-solving.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research, create reports, and provide data analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 or more years of prior administrative experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Skills: Phone etiquette skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and ability to meet deadlines.
