Regional Vice President Job Description

At Great Day Improvements, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Expert-level experience in direct-to-consumer sales, cold calling, door-to-door marketing, and team development.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
