KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Achieve annual sales growth targets of at least 20% for the Lending sector.
  2. Recruit, nurture, and retain a high-performing team of Regional Directors and Sales Representatives.
  3. Collaborate closely with Regional Directors to cultivate their development into effective sales leaders.
  4. Ensure Regional Directors are hiring top talent and providing effective training for their teams.
  5. Identify and address training requirements for the CoStar sales team.
  6. Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet corporate goals.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key clients to boost retention and drive sales.
  8. Continuously seek, share, and implement best practices within the sales domain.
  9. Establish and sustain collaborative partnerships with essential stakeholders.
  10. Act as a vital member of the senior sales leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A bachelor's degree is mandatory; a master's degree in business, economics, or finance is highly preferred.
  2. Over 10 years of progressive experience in a sales leadership capacity.
  3. Proven success in rapidly expanding a sales organization or division.
  4. Preferred background in sectors such as lending institutions, information services, and commercial real estate.
  5. Data-driven sales leader with a strong focus on performance management.
  6. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various organizational levels.
  7. Experience in managing within a $500 million plus revenue organization.
  8. Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
