About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Vice President to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Account Executives, participating in client and prospect meetings, and working cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement successful sales campaigns to drive customer awareness and engagement.
  • Lead initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with senior sales management to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in sales coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong engagement and communication skills.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong drive for results.
