About the Role:

As the Regional Vice President of Operations at Associa, you will be at the forefront of our mission to positively impact communities. In this key leadership role, you'll guide and mentor Branch Presidents, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Mentor Branch Presidents: Provide strategic guidance and support to Branch Presidents to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement business strategies to expand Associa's presence in the region, increase revenue, and improve market share.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are in place to support business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of customer-centricity and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in operations management, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop business plans to drive growth and improvement.
