Job Description

Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales

Job Summary:

Renaissance Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in the West region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a team of sales executives who consistently exceed their sales targets
  • Mentor and coach sales managers and representatives to improve their sales skills and strategies
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to support sales initiatives
  • Forecast sales revenue and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Lead performance reviews and implement coaching plans for direct reports

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the education technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach sales professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with UKG
  • Experience leading sales managers
