Patient Services Coordinator

At PT Solutions Physical Therapy, we're committed to expanding access to quality care. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clinicians as they strive to provide research-driven treatments to patients. Your daily tasks will include processing insurance verifications, managing prior authorizations, and following up on physician referrals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow established processes for insurance verification and benefits management.
- Obtain authorization and prior authorization as needed.
- Oversee over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly.
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.

Qualifications & Pay Range:
- PT Solutions requires a minimum of a High School or GED diploma. Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred).
