Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Envista Holdings Corporation. The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support to our internal customers, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and virus scans
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions using our ticketing system
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Cisco/Avaya phone systems a plus
