Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with users regarding the status of their support requests, ensuring they are informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Diagnose and resolve general hardware and software challenges.
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Office 365, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Set up and maintain new desktop and laptop workstations, ensuring optimal performance of existing equipment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred; or an Associate's degree in an IT-related field with relevant training.
