- Assist Sales Specialists by managing customer follow-ups, scheduling deliveries, and verifying purchase orders.
- Handle incoming calls and prepare necessary shipping documentation.
- Conduct report reconciliations and manage daily financial entries.
- Maintain an organized and efficient Customer Service work area.
- Support inventory management tasks, including product receiving, shipping, and customer will calls.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
