Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of your portfolio, overseeing strategic initiatives, revenue projections, and operational excellence.
  • Enhance and manage relationships with current advertising partners, both through agencies and direct client interactions, to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to deliver tailored Reddit solutions that align with their marketing and business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts, facilitating growth and expansion.
  • Partner with Account Managers to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships between clients and Reddit.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans with top-tier clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects, delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, communicating significant platform updates and opportunities to enhance the partnership.
  • Provide strategic, consultative guidance to clients to elevate and expand the relationship.
  • Influence Reddit's advertising product roadmap by aggregating client feedback and campaign performance metrics for cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for Reddit at industry events and with partners.
  • Build strong internal relationships across teams to achieve client and business objectives.
Required Skills/Qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital media, with 3-5 years in media sales.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Extensive industry knowledge in specific sectors, product types, and measurement solutions.
  • Established connections within the independent agency and direct client space.
  • Expertise in social media and native advertising.
  • Experience in developing and executing long-term account growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to lead special projects effectively.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of over 20 accounts.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Strong motivation and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
