In the role of Field Installation Project Manager, you will work closely with Account Managers and customers to facilitate the installation of our advanced dispenser systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating site surveys and installation requests, ensuring thorough assessments are conducted and guiding third-party installers as necessary.
  • Leading the implementation of the Onvation Smart Restroom System, which includes overseeing the installation of cellular and network components, and ensuring data quality and system stabilization.
  • Collaborating with the team to address quality concerns, developing remediation strategies in partnership with clients to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary on-site project leader for installations and surveys, ensuring all activities align with project goals.
  • Utilize your knowledge of network solutions and dispenser functionalities during project kick-offs and client meetings to propose effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital tools and applications relevant to project management and installation processes.
  • Provide direction and support to third-party installation teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Engage with clients to resolve issues during installations, utilizing established communication protocols to foster positive relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance product functionality and design based on customer feedback.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices among peers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Independently manage travel logistics in accordance with budgetary guidelines and project needs.

Your Profile:

We seek individuals who are driven, collaborative, and possess a strong background in project management and technical installations. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or construction, with hands-on involvement.
  • Proven expertise in leading technical installations, particularly in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with electrical and networking equipment installation, including design and implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of addressing technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules as needed.
