About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Capital One. In this dynamic role, you will provide administrative support to 4-6 executives in a fast-paced tech-savvy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, prioritizing schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Arrange conference rooms, catering, audio/video services, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Create expense reports and drive key team activities, such as meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare professional business communication documents, including memos, letters, and emails.
  • BUILD and maintain good business relationships with executives and administrative staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates Degree.
  • At least 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calendar management experience supporting multiple executives.
  • Meeting and event planning experience.
