Quality Assurance Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to provide high-level support to our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality in all interactions. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance team, including data tracking and reporting, project coordination, and training and development activities.
* Assist with the development and revision of policies and procedures, and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases to support program operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and requests for information.
Requirements
* A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using database management software preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
