Job Summary

This role requires a skilled administrative professional to provide critical support to our executives. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including federal, state, and local officials, as well as private citizens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and conducting research.
  • Develop summaries and reports based on complex data and information.
  • Support the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other offices and districts to ensure quality and continuity of actions and information.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, think critically, and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when dealing with sensitive political issues.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in public administration, public health, healthcare administration, business, or related fields is highly desirable.

We offer a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
