Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, our resort boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers a wide variety of activities and amenities. As Jackson's largest venue, we feature over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space, with 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals.

Overview

We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Front Desk Agent. This role requires excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a pleasant telephone demeanor. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school graduate or equivalent
  • Two years of college education preferred
  • Two years of experience in a service industry, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Pleasant telephone demeanor
