Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to University Health members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of member information.
  • Collaborate with providers and other stakeholders to resolve member service issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of college-level work in business, healthcare administration, or related courses.
  • One year of experience as a member service representative or in a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
