Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Luminis Health. As a key member of our Patient Access and Support Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, medical staff, and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with patients, medical staff, and hospital staff in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service as reflected in AAHS/HCEs policies and practices.
  • Provide support and assistance to patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve issues and concerns, promoting a culture of patient-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date with AAHS/HCEs policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
