Job Summary:

Luminis Health is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional patient access and support services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating with patients, medical staff, hospital staff, and visitors in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service as reflected in AAHS/HCEs policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, hospital staff, and visitors to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and staff regarding hospital policies, procedures, and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
