About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Showroom environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers on the showroom floor, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Outside Sales Associates to identify sales opportunities and provide administrative support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Contract Management: Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and respond to sales calls for general information.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales Experience: Strong sales skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets, build strong relationships, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
