Customer Service Representative

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Showroom environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist customers on the showroom floor, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Outside Sales Associates to identify sales opportunities and provide administrative support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Contract Management: Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and respond to sales calls for general information.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Experience: Strong sales skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances is a plus.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets, build strong relationships, and thrive in a team environment.
