Job Summary:
Luminis Health is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Patient Access and Support Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, medical staff, hospital staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients, medical staff, and hospital staff in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service as reflected in AAHS/HCEs policies and practices.
- Provide support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, medical staff, and hospital staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with AAHS/HCEs policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
