We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and management of marketing channels aimed at expanding client relationships and boosting product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new product opportunities, assess demand for potential offerings, and gather customer insights.
  • Implement marketing strategies and oversee the execution of plans for existing products.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to evaluate the feasibility of potential markets prior to product launch.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to oversee the creation of new products.
  • Manage the launch campaigns for new offerings.
  • Oversee distribution channels for products.
  • Ensure effective, branded marketing communications across various platforms, including the company website, print materials, digital channels, social media, and advertising.
  • Supervise media and marketing personnel as well as external public relations agencies.
Reporting Structure:
  • Reports To: VP of Sales & Marketing
  • Responsible For: Revenue Growth and Margin Improvement through Strategic Marketing
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Develop marketing tools using Pardot, including lead generation, email marketing, prospect segmentation, and sales funnel management.
  • Create top-tier digital, mobile, and social media content and influencer strategies.
  • Present the company's go-to-market strategy, customer retention metrics, growth within existing accounts, and new customer acquisition during monthly strategic meetings.
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing trends and best practices, applying them to enhance Logistick's marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities, providing insights to Leadership, R&D, and Strategic Deployment.
  • Ensure tight integration between marketing investments and sales efforts, focusing on converting marketing expenditures into profitable growth opportunities.
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that enhances revenue opportunities and communicates our compelling safety and sustainability narrative.
  • Guide direct reports through regular one-on-ones, setting and tracking annual objectives, and establishing priorities.
  • Become an expert in Logistick's product offerings and unique selling propositions.
  • Analyze pricing elasticity of products and recommend pricing adjustments to drive business growth and improve margins.
  • Oversee all aspects of trade show processes, including exhibitions and promotional merchandising.
  • Familiarize and utilize Logistick's IT systems and procedures.
  • Focus on customer service, partnership development, and customer retention.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Travel to current or prospective clients for sales and support, including product demonstrations and addressing customer challenges.
  • Occasional travel to trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Support Logistick's focus on product innovation.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Experience in transportation, distribution, or warehousing is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative team-oriented approach.

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and install Logistick products, which may involve bending, stooping, and kneeling.
