As a key member of the Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for executing pricing strategies, enhancing margins, and promoting a culture of pricing transparency and controls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing analytic tools and dashboards to inform pricing decisions
  • Training Commercial team members on pricing strategies and tools
  • Collaborating with the Analytics team to develop data-driven pricing initiatives
  • Optimizing discounting strategies, including analysis of IRC and MIR Coupons
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy in depletion allowance reimbursements

Requirements include:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
