- Microsoft Office and Office 365 Support: Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office applications and Office 365 software.
- Network and Mobility Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve network and mobility issues.
- User Account Management: Create, edit, and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Office 365 and Azure.
- Education: Diploma or degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field from a recognized university or college.
- Experience: 7-8 years of experience providing technical support to end-users in PC and Mac environments.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
