Job Summary

The Facilities Support Core and Warranty Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing the warranty claims process and ensuring the effective operation of our core and warranty program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors to negotiate warranty service agreements and manage claims
  • Create and maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and tracking
  • Manage the core parts inventory, including purchasing and credits
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including maintenance, stores, and warehouse, as well as external partners and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; applicable trade school or training program preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in service parts, including inventory management system usage; 2-3 years preferred
  • Forklift license preferred, with training and licensing provided
Working Conditions

The Facilities Support Core and Warranty Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, with regular lifting, bending, and standing. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
