About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Experience Liaison to join our team at Boston Children's Hospital. As a member of our patient services staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Encounter Management: Collaborate with referring providers and practices to ensure timely and effective patient care; schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  • Check In / Check Out: Greet and direct patients, families, and visitors; coordinate daily schedules and reconcile payments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide routine clerical support, record messages, and facilitate communication between departments.
Requirements
  • A high school level of education, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

$56,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.
