Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a key member of our neonatology group, you will provide exceptional care to infants and their families in our state-of-the-art Level IV NICU at Dell Children's Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive prenatal and newborn consultations
  • Attend high-risk deliveries and manage neonates in the NICU and newborn nurseries
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
