Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our team of neonatologists and nurse practitioners, and contribute to the development of our neonatal care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to neonates in our Level-II, Level-III, and Level-IV NICUs
  • Collaborate with our team of neonatologists and nurse practitioners to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in prenatal and newborn consultations, high-risk deliveries, and comprehensive management of neonates in the NICUs and newborn nurseries
  • Contribute to the development of our neonatal care services, including quality improvement initiatives and education programs

Requirements:

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • Experience working in a Level-II, Level-III, or Level-IV NICU
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
