We are seeking an Advanced Neonatal Care Nurse who thrives in a dynamic healthcare setting. In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring health maintenance for healthy newborns and infants, providing urgent care for sick infants, and delivering comprehensive support for newborns and infants facing chronic health issues.

  • 12-bed, Level III NICU transitioning to Level IV
  • 24-hour shifts
  • Preferred 2 years of NNP experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced clinical knowledge to assess health data and manage patient caseloads effectively
  • Communicate effectively to overcome barriers to care
  • Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, and healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing
  • Licensed registered nurse in Texas

  • Strong understanding of neonatal nursing principles and pathophysiology
