Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to neonates in Level-II, Level-III, and Level-IV NICUs

  • Conduct prenatal and newborn consultations, and attend high-risk deliveries
  • Manage neonates in the NICUs and newborn nurseries, including those with complex medical conditions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
