Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to neonates in Level-II, Level-III, and Level-IV NICUs

- Manage neonates in the NICUs and newborn nurseries, including those with complex medical conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
- Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care
