Commercial Account Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
* Offer technical guidance and support to clients, helping them choose the right solutions.
* Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
* Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
Requirements:
* Proven sales and marketing expertise, with a track record of success.
* Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
* Strong customer relationship management abilities.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* Strategic planning and business development acumen.
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to accommodate client needs and achieve sales targets, including evenings and weekends.
* Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, industry events, and company meetings.
