Overview
Key Responsibilities:
+ Effectively engage with team members and clients to guarantee adherence to performance and quality standards.
+ Foster a constructive relationship with client representatives.
+ Manage expenses to ensure the profitability of the designated area.
+ Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for clients, and follow up on payment statuses.
+ Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training processes for all personnel within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with established protocols and cost-efficiency.
+ Guarantee that each employee receives appropriate training relevant to their job responsibilities, with all training documented according to company standards.
+ Ensure that duty managers and supervisors are adequately trained and understand their responsibilities.
+ Monitor adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations within the area of responsibility.
+ Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
+ Document and report any injuries, incidents, or accidents as required.
+ Supervise the safety program within the area and maintain regular communication with Safety Quality Managers to ensure compliance with all safety standards.
+ Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage Duty Managers, Supervisors, and Field Employees.
Physical Demands:
The physical requirements for this position include standing and walking for a significant portion of the work shift, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and handle various tasks.
Work Environment:
The work environment is characterized by moderate noise levels.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and employee handbooks, as well as to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Compliance with all company policies, including those related to discrimination, harassment, and ethics, is mandatory.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience:
+ A minimum of three years of management experience is preferred.
+ Previous experience in the aviation industry is advantageous.
+ Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
+ Experience in budgeting, expense management, and scheduling is required.
Overall:
+ Candidates must meet all requirements to obtain the necessary airport badge, including successful completion of background checks and drug tests.
This job description is subject to change at management's discretion.
Compensation: $60,000 - $67,000. The salary range for this position may vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Participation in a company incentive or bonus program may be available.
