Role Summary:

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team within a Parts Distribution Center. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining accurate inventory records, and overseeing the timely fulfillment of orders. This role requires flexibility, including the potential for various shifts, weekends, and holidays, with eligibility for overtime pay during holiday work.

Key Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor's main duties include:

• Overseeing the Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping processes.

• Achieving targets related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, and Absenteeism.

• Collaborating with key stakeholders, including suppliers, to meet essential objectives.

• Fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders while ensuring fair and consistent application of agreements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of leadership experience

• Proven ability to listen actively, collaborate, and resolve issues with stakeholders

• Capacity to maintain professionalism in challenging situations

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor

• Familiarity with UAW environments

• Background in warehouse, distribution, or production operations

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably SAP/EWM

• Understanding of Payroll Systems
