Lead Caregiver Position:


The Lead Caregiver will serve in a multifaceted role, providing essential support to both the administrative team and clients, as well as assisting caregivers with their daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities will include welcoming new clients and caregivers during introductions, filling in for caregivers during their absences, mentoring new staff, and collaborating with the Operations team on various projects as needed. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, ideal for individuals who appreciate a dynamic and varied workday.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Embody the core values of Babette Home Care.
Foster a positive living atmosphere to improve clients' quality of life.
Document daily activities and communicate any significant changes in clients' needs or living situations.
Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and office staff.
Deliver Companionship & Home Helper services which may involve:
Engaging in conversation and companionship
Providing support and assistance with mobility
Preparing meals and managing meal-related tasks
Offering medication reminders and scheduling assistance
Performing light housekeeping duties (such as dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
Handling laundry tasks including washing and ironing
Running errands as needed
Accompanying clients to their appointments

Provide Personal Care services which may include:
Assisting with bathing and personal hygiene
Supporting grooming needs
Helping with toileting and incontinence management

Offer Specialized services which may include:
Advanced care for Alzheimer's/Dementia patients
Support for hospice care needs
