The Style Advisor is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Style Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized assistance to customers and creating a welcoming environment that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Welcome and engage with customers, offering assistance and guidance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations that meet customers' needs and preferences.
- Utilize strong communication skills to understand customers' concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, including current merchandise assortment and in-store services.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand's values and aesthetic, ensuring consistency in customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages an asset.
