Your Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective buyers to ascertain their housing preferences, employing the company's sales philosophy.
- Generate sales leads independently through community involvement, partnerships with realtors, and proactive outreach.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, community attributes, and demographic insights.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial engagement through to post-closing, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, community promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the upkeep of Welcome Home Center models and available inventory homes.
- Complete mandatory training and engage in community events and outreach programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales tracking software.
- Self-driven with a positive demeanor and a strong work ethic.

Physical & Office Presence Requirements
