Sales Consultant Job Overview

The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to enhance revenue through outstanding customer engagement, sophisticated product displays, effective sales strategies, and comprehensive product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with customers to drive sales on the retail floor
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by highlighting products, detailing advantages, features, quality, pricing, and care instructions
  • Meeting sales and performance metrics through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Maintaining a Client Book and fostering relationships with new clientele
Operational Duties:
  • Organizing the retail space, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed and orderly
  • Managing inventory orders, deliveries, and upkeep of store environments
  • Participating in training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and visual merchandising
  • Overseeing the point-of-sale and cash management systems
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
  • Managing product pricing, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Upholding loss prevention protocols and protecting company assets
  • Assuming key holding responsibilities
